The SLC Planning Commission gave a negative recommendation to the SLC City Council based upon staff recommendation. Staff noted that this area is tagged in the Wasatch Front Regional Council’s 30 year plan for a rail transit project. This project has not been given a date for the city council meetings.
The applicant is requesting a rezone for this parcel of property located at 3120 S Richmond St from Residential Office (RO) to Commercial Business (CB).
