A request by Carlos Nunez, representing the property owner North rock Capital LLC, for Planned Development and Preliminary Subdivision approval for a four lot townhome (“attached single-family”) development. Planned Development approval is required as three of the proposed lots would not have frontage on a public street. The four proposed townhomes are approximately 30 feet in height.
This project was approved by the Planning Commission February 28.
This project will be in the Open House Agenda, January 18, 2018, from 5-7 p.m. at the City and County Building (451 S State Street 4th Floor).
This was on the Sugar House Community Council Land Use Agenda December 11, and on the Sugar House Community Council January 3 agenda.
