26 Jan Brixton Place Apartments and Bicycle Center
The new Brixton Place Apartments and bicycle Center opened in December at 660 E Wilmington Avenue (Between 600 East and 700 East along the north side of the Sugar House Streetcar. It has 18,000 feet of commercial and office space. The Bicycle Center is there, after spending the last year or so on Highland Drive at the old DI while the new building was being built. More retail and commercial is planned.
The building has 166 Units of apartments, including studio, one and two bedroom, and town homes. For more information, go to www.brixtonslc.com. This was an over the counter project, meaning it met all zoning requirements and didn’t need any special approvals.
