2867 S Chadwick St. Accessory Dwelling Unit

 

We have received a conditional use request to build an ADU at the NW corner of the property at 2867 S Chadwick Street in the R1/7000 zone. This will be on the November 14 meeting of the Land Use Committee of the Sugar House Community Council (SHCC) at 6 p.m. via zoom.  We will flyer the neighborhood and collect comments about this proposal which will go with our letter to the Planning Commission.

This structure will be 14’3″ tall and 650 square feet. Here is the applicant’s description of the project. And here are the plans for the project.  Note that they will remove the existing non-conforming garage and two sheds, and replace them with a conforming garage at the rear of the house, as part of the project.

This project was on the SHCC Land Use and Zoning Committee meeting on November 14, we have had no comments.  Here is the letter I sent to to the Planning Commission.
