Rooftop Uses (Obstruction Tables)

The Planning Commission has requested that Planning revise two zoning codes 21A.36.020.C Allowed Encroachments, and 21A.36.020.D Height Encroachments, to update the table to address zoning administration issues, modify provisions to match buildlig code requirements elminate outdated provisions and specificlly to allow roof top uses to exceed the maximum height in some zoning districts. Here is the request.
