Dale LeMonds, representing Aveda Institute, is requesting Conditional Use approval under the adaptive reuse ordinance section 21A.52.060.A at 855 East Garfield Avnue. The proposal is to recondition and utilize the existing building as a vocational school with a training salon. The subject property is locted in the R-1-5000 Zone(Residential) zoning district, and council district #7 represented by Council Member Sarah Young.

This proposal will be reviewed by the Sugar House Community Council Land Use and Zoning Committee on October 20 at 6 p.m. at the Sprague Library. The standards for a conditional use can be found here.
