UPDATE: This item will be on the Planning Commission September 28, 2022 at 5:30. Here is a link to the PC Staff Report. The owner of this property is requesting conditional use in order to construct an Accessory Dwelling Unit at the same address. The ADU is proposed in a detached building and will be located in the rear yard. There is already a building in the rear, it is not clear if this will be new construction or a remodel of that building. You can see the drawings of what is being proposed here.
