25 Jan Alley Vacation at 968 Elm Street

UPDATE: This was approved by the Planning Commission on March 10, 2021. It now goes to the City Council for final approval.
The neighbors at 968 E Elm Avenue have initiated a petition to vacate the alley that runs South of their property between 1000 East and Lincoln Street.
The reason for the vacation is public safety and lack of use of the public right-of-way as the reasons for the request. You can read the city notice, the information sheet and application materials.
