07 Feb CONSOLIDATE PARKING GARAGE REGULATION IN DOWNTOWN DISTRICTS
We received this letter from the city. This will still allow parking garages to be screened, and not allow them at the street level or the front of buildings. The city wants to write a text amendment that will consolidate parking garage regulations in the downtown zoning districts. This will eliminate regulations spread out into various sections to simplify language and eliminate conflicts. Once the MU Zones are approved, and the SHBD 1 and 2 are moved into those, this part of the code will be updated to include some code for the Sugar House business zones.
