07 Feb CONSOLIDATE PARKING GARAGE REGULATION IN DOWNTOWN DISTRICTS
This will still allow parking garages to be screened, and not allow them at the street level or the front of buildings. The city wants to write a text amendment that will consolidate parking garage regulations in the downtown zoning districts. This will eliminate regulations spread out into various sections to simplify language and eliminate conflicts. Please read the proposed language, and give me comments below.
