We have received a letter from Salt Lake City concerning the Expiration of Land Use Approvals.

Once something is approve by the city,  like a conditional Use Planned Development, Design Review Approval, Street dedication plats, or Final Plat to subdivide land, these approvals do not go forever. This clarifies what the petitioner needs to do  to keep that approval.  Actions need to take place to indicate that the petitioner still is working to complete the steps to finish this project. If they don’t meet the conditions, it is considered to be void and the approval is revoked.
