The Planning Division has received a Planned Development petition for four proposed free standing single-unit dwellings with a private driveway. This is on a single parcel located at 2660 S Highland Drive. The parcel is .46 of an acre and currently zoned single-family R-2. This is a Planned Development because it involves the creation of two (2) new lots without frontage on a public street. At this time, the applicant has not requested relief from any other requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. The project will be known as Sugar House Heights.

This project will be on the May 21 meeting of the SHCC Land Use and Zoning Committee. The meeting will be 6 p.m. at The Sugar House Legacy, 1212 E Wilmington Avenue at 6 p.m. Fairmont Room on the 5th Floor. It will also be presented at the main Sugar House Community Council meeting on June 6 at 7 p.m. in the same location.
