Survey from the University of Utah:  We are inviting you to participate in a brief online study designed to assess citizen perspectives on the Salt Lake City Homeless Resource Site Location Initiative. The objective of this study is to gain greater insight into the public’s understanding of their roles as citizens in the formation and implementation of public policy, as well as the impact of administrative decision-making on public trust in government.

It should take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
