25 Aug NEW WELLS FARGO REZONE PROPOSAL 2024
This will be on the Planning Commission agenda Wednesday September 11 at 5:30. It is last on the agenda. Salt Lake City seems to have changed something about their website, and it depends which browser and which computer you use. Chrome works for some people, Safari works pretty well. The Planning staff are recommending this proposal be approved, so it is important that the community attends the meeting to speak for or against this issue. All written comments that I have received (even those we sent in last February) are included in the staff report.

UPDATE on July 10, 2024. The applicants have submitted a supplement to the petitions submitted in November 2023. Here is a link to the proposal.
This is now what they are asking for. We do not have any drawings. This letter seems to be asking for the parcel to be rezoned to MU-15.
We have a separate post concerning the Zoning Consolidation Salt Lake City is working for the Sugar House Business District,
the city is mapping them as MU-8 and MU 15. Comments for this change should go on the Zoning Consolidation Post.
