This is a request to vacate a portion of the right-of-way adjacent to their property along Wimington Avenue. The requested area is shown by hatching.

Here is a letter of explanation describing the issues.

The Recognized Organization letter gives us until December 1, 2025 to send a letter to the Planning Commission with our thoughts on this item.  We will flyer the neighborhood and this will be on our  Land Use Agenda on November 17 at 6 p.m. at Sprague Library.
